He is a visionary leader who is well respected for driving innovation, enhancing staff performance, and optimizing resources to achieve agency goals and objectives efficiently. Vince is an advocate for integrity and innovation in the transit community as an integral part of a dedicated team. He brings significant experience in program planning and oversight, organizational structure, operational improvements, staff development, stakeholder engagement, and industry standards. Vince excels in transit best practices and improves transit operational services through key performance indicators and industry standards.

He never meets a stranger and loves being engaged and helping in local activities. Vince has an MBA from the University of Texas-El Paso and serves as a board member for the Texas Transit Association and East Texas Professional Credit Union.
